Needed for the site to work and always on. We store your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask again. Our host, Cloudflare, may set a cookie to protect the site from abuse. The live chat widget (HighLevel) stores what it needs to keep a conversation going when you use it.

Call tracking

WhatConverts shows a tracking phone number and records which page or advert led to a call or enquiry, so we know which of our marketing works. It runs for every visitor.

Analytics (only with consent)

Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages help people and where they get stuck.

Advertising (only with consent)

Google Ads conversion tracking, so we can tell which adverts lead to bookings and stop paying for ones that do not.

Embedded content

Videos from YouTube only load when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Online booking takes place on ServiceM8's own site, and survey forms and calendars are provided by HighLevel; those services have their own cookie policies.
