Ponteland Village Conservation Area.

The Grade I listed St Mary’s Church and the historic core of Main Street sit within a designated conservation area. External works within or adjacent to the conservation area need planning consideration. Properties outside the village core are usually unaffected.

Larger plots and longer pipe runs.

Ponteland’s larger properties often mean longer refrigerant pipe runs between the outdoor unit and the indoor units. The Bosch Climate range supports these without performance loss, but the survey covers exact routing so the install stays clean.

A standard single split system is typically installed in one day. Multi-split systems covering multiple rooms may take a little longer depending on the number of indoor units and the layout of the property. We will give you a clear timescale during your survey visit.
Modern Bosch Climate systems are designed to be very quiet. The Climate 7000i operates at as little as 24dB(A) indoors, which is quieter than a typical library. Outdoor units are also engineered for low noise, which matters if you have neighbours nearby.
