Why My Energy Pro?

Built on better standards. Backed by hundreds of five star Google reviews to prove it.

Hi, I’m George. I started MyEnergyPro because I believed Newcastle homeowners deserved better — better communication, cleaner installs, and engineers who actually turn up when they say they will.

Every job we do is backed by real accreditations, not just promises. We’re Gas Safe registered, Worcester Bosch accredited, and obsessed with leaving your home cleaner than we found it.

We’re not the biggest heating company in the North East. We’re just the one that cares the most about getting it right.

Covering Newcastle & the North East

Second time having my boiler serviced with this team and really great experience as always. Easy to book in, kept in touch with reminders and accurate arrival updates on the day, and the service itself with George was efficient with no issues at all. Will be booking back in next year!

George was very professional and efficient as usual. Love the new QR codes on the front of the boiler to access service history!

First time boiler service. Very impressed: easy to book, easy to reschedule, engineer prompt and friendly, checklist invaluable, reminder for next year very welcome. £75 most reasonable.

Really good experience with these guys. Great communications, courteous and efficient engineer and the bill didn't break the bank either. A good job conducted and priced well. Brilliant. Will definitely use again.

The engineer was very efficient and on time and professional. He explained what he was doing and answered all the questions I had. He informed me about the emergency call out service and gave me advice about my boiler for the future. Definitely would recommend.

Just a had a boiler service by George. He’s always on time and communicates any issues. 3rd year in a row using Boiler Safe and I’m happy with the service and will continue using them. The yearly reminder email that the service is due is greatly appreciated as I’d forget otherwise!

We had our annual boiler Service and I would say the whole process is clear and easy from booking the appointment to the actual service and of course the friendly cheer from George. 😄. The care and attention definately gives confidence in the service being provided. Thank you.
